Normal booking and renting procedure:

  1. Tenant gets general information.
  2. Tenant replies with form. All occupants must be listed. Concrete vacancy and price information is sent based on this.
  3. Tenant sends booking request based on availability.
  4. A suggested contract is sent. Tenant may accept this by email or sms.
  5. Credit control is performed. If this shows up unpaid bills, suggest a work-around already in your application, e.g. anyone willing to guarantee. We give you a go ahead in email.
  6. The apartment is reserved as soon as a deposit of 5000kr is paid in time. There is much demand so we choose not to book rooms without deposit paid. Remember information must always be added to a payment for us to know who has paid, state the apt no, and your name. Bring cash if you have a week or less which is insufficient for an international payment.
  7. At a meeting tenant shows ID. If a meeting is impractical the tenant sends a copy of the ID with the signed contract in two copies. Sign all pages.
    We honour our contracts, any agreement must be in the form of a contract or amendment. The contact must be confirmed by tenant and then by us to be a valid offer.
